You got a wrong one Item delivered instead of the item you ordered? Or did you receive an additional item that you didn't even order? We're sorry, we didn't mean to cause you any inconvenience. Please simply send this item back to us and note on the return slip which item you ordered and which one was delivered instead.

You can request, download and print your return form in yourcustomer account (except for Denmark, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic). Please print out the return label and stick it on the package.

It is currently not possible to create and download an automatic returns label for customers from Switzerland. Please request your return label by email to shop@trendpunkt-retail.com (+ specify order number) or by telephone on +49 (0)211 975 32 911 (Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.).

In order to receive your desired item, please reorder it. Of course, we will not charge for the wrong item. If the order has already been paid for, you will be credited with the purchase amount as soon as we have processed your return.

Yes, international orders are also possible. Our items can currently be delivered to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, France, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the Czech Republic . We want you to be able to enjoy your order as quickly as possible. So if there is a delay with one or more items in your order - because we are waiting for a subsequent delivery from production, etc. - all items ready for dispatch will be sent to you in advance. You can find the status of your shipments and the tracking link for each package in your customer account .

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email . With the tracking number in it you can track the shipment progress at any time. Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days (Monday-Saturday)

Please note that no goods are shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If you no longer know your password, you can simply reset it when logging in to your customer account. Enter the email address with which you are registered with Princess goes Hollywood and/or Frogbox. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

To set up a customer account if you are not yet a Princess Goes Hollywood or Frogbox customer. Simply click on I am a new customer, fill out all fields marked with *, choose a secret password, confirm your details - done!
When you log into your customer account in the future, your stored password and email address will be requested. Go to Login to log into your customer account.
You can view, change or supplement your information in your customer account at any time. Of course, we adhere to the applicable data protection guidelines and do not pass on your data to third parties.

Please contact support so that we can delete all of your data in accordance with data protection regulations.

To do this, please use our returns portal or go to your customer account and return the corresponding order there.
