Yes, international orders are also possible. Our items can currently be delivered to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, France, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the Czech Republic . As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email . With the tracking number in it you can track the shipment progress at any time. Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days (Monday-Saturday)

Please note that no goods are shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

You can request, download and print your return form in yourcustomer account (except for Denmark, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic). Please print out the return label and stick it on the package.

It is currently not possible to create and download an automatic returns label for customers from Switzerland. Please request your return label by email to shop@trendpunkt-retail.com (+ specify order number) or by telephone on +49 (0)211 975 32 911 (Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.).

In order to receive your desired item, please reorder it. Of course, we will not charge for the wrong item. If the order has already been paid for, you will be credited with the purchase amount as soon as we have processed your return.

When you log into your customer account in the future, your stored password and email address will be requested. Go to Login to log into your customer account.

How to measure correctly:

Chest circumference : Pass the measuring tape horizontally under the armpits and over the fullest part of the chest.
