Is shipping free for Princess Club members?


Yes! As a Princess Club member, you get free shipping on orders over €25.


Why is there a minimum order value?

We want to continue offering you fast and reliable shipping, but unfortunately this is only possible if your order reaches a minimum value. Especially with very small items (such as care products or accessories), the total value can sometimes be less than €25. In such cases, a shipping fee will also apply to club members. Thank you for your understanding.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email . With the tracking number in it you can track the shipment progress at any time. Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days (Monday-Saturday)

Please note that no goods are shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Your express shipment must be ordered on working days (Monday to Friday) by 12:00 noon at the latest so that it can be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.

You can also pay in advance at the checkout.

Vouchers and promotional codes can be redeemed directly at the checkout. Please note the respective conditions.

Occasionally there are (temporary) price reductions due to sales, promotions or remaining quantities - possibly immediately after your order. When placing an order, the price shown at the time of the order applies. We cannot grant subsequent price adjustments to the ordered goods.

Return

To do so, please use our returns portal or proceed via your customer account by returning the relevant order there.

Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please place a new order .

You can return the unsuitable item to us in accordance with our return policy. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. However, please note that for hygiene and health reasons, certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Store credit on returns

When returning an item, you can choose store credit instead of a refund. This is a shopping credit that you can use for future orders. If you choose this option, you'll receive a 5% bonus as a thank you.

The bonus is an advantage for customers who choose store credit instead of a refund. You will receive the value of your returned goods plus an extra 5% directly as a credit note.

After processing your return, we will automatically credit your customer account with a 5% bonus as store credit. You will be notified by email as soon as the credit is available.

You can use all or part of your balance at checkout on your next purchase. Unused store credit remains in your account and is valid indefinitely.

Yes. The 5% bonus is always granted when you choose store credit instead of a refund – regardless of the item.

No, Store Credit is not redeemable for cash and can only be used for purchases in the store.

If you return items paid for with store credit, you will receive that amount back as store credit. The additional 5% bonus will not be applied again.

The gift card arrives directly via email – quickly, digitally, and without any paperwork. The code can be redeemed in whole or in part at checkout. Valid for three years, redeemable on all items (except other gift cards), and only in the respective delivery country. No cash payout. In case of loss or misuse, the card can be blocked – we will, of course, notify you.

If you no longer know your password, you can simply reset it when logging into your customer account. Enter the email address you used to register with Princess goes Hollywood. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

To set up a customer account if you are not yet a Princess Goes Hollywood customer, simply click on I am a new customer, fill in all fields marked with *, choose a secret password, confirm your details - done!
When you log into your customer account in the future, you will be asked for your stored password and email address. Click on Log in to log into your customer account.
You can view, change or add to your information in your customer account at any time. Of course, we adhere to the applicable data protection guidelines and do not pass your data on to third parties.

Please contact support so that we can delete all of your data in accordance with data protection regulations.

Princess Club

The Princess Club is Princess Goes Hollywood's free loyalty program. By subscribing to the newsletter, you automatically become a member – and start with 100 points.

You receive 1 point for every euro spent. Additional points are often available during promotions. The points will be credited to your account once your return period has expired and the order is complete (approximately 30 days).

You can redeem your points directly in your customer account under "Princess Club Points" . Your current points balance will be displayed there. In the "Enter points" field, enter the number of points you wish to convert. The equivalent value in euros will be calculated automatically (exchange rate: 100 points = €5.00 ).

Confirm the process with "Exchange points" . Your balance will then be displayed in your account and can be used as a payment method at checkout.

Available points are the points you have already collected and can convert directly into credit.

Status points determine your membership level (e.g., Princess Member). They count towards your level but cannot be redeemed or exchanged.

Size Guide – How to find your right size

These simple steps will help you measure correctly and find the perfect fit.

Run the measuring tape horizontally under your armpits and across the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the tape measure doesn't dig in.

Measure at the level of your natural waist – this is the narrowest point between your rib cage and hip bones. Keep the measuring tape loosely snug against your skin.

Place the measuring tape around your hips and measure at the widest point of your buttocks. Stand relaxed and upright.

For the most accurate result, measure directly on the skin or with thin clothing.
