We make returns easier
We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return and exchange online using your order number and email .

Our returns policy
You can return unused items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return.
After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus 4 EUR for return shipping) *- according to the payment method you chose.
Processing and refunds may take up to 7 days.

What you can't send back
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in the original packaging.
Of course it's okay to test an item as you would in a store, but please do not use items you want to return multiple times.
Returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for returns.
Please note that you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.
