A special brushing process roughens the fine wool fibres. This gives the sweater its particularly soft, fluffy surface and a pleasant warm feel. Unfortunately, a certain amount of pilling or shedding cannot be entirely avoided with a specially brushed quality. Due to the brushed surface, there are more loose or excess fibres on the surface of the garment, which can shed, especially at the beginning.
