Would you like to return an item?

You ordered from us but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!

Unfortunately, you cannot yet use the new simple returns portal

We would therefore ask you to send us your order number and email and we will send you your return documents. Thank you and sorry for the change in our system. All new orders will be easier to return.

Our returns policy

You can return unused items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return.

After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus EUR 4.95 for return shipping)* - according to the payment method you chose.

Processing and refunds may take up to 7 days.

What you can't send back

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in the original packaging.

Of course it's okay to test an item as you would in a store, but please do not use items you want to return multiple times.
